We are a young, energetic, and passionate team, working across 8 districts, 38 blocks, 5,700 villages, with 20,000 FLWs, and reaching 379,000 women and 650,000 children in central India. Over the next few years, we see ourselves spreading across multiple locations in India to implement our solutions and to create an impact at scale.
About the Fellowship role
Location: This is a hybrid position involving desk and remote work preferably based out of New Delhi, with occasional travel to field locations in Madhya Pradesh.
Employment: Full Time Role
Starting Date: July 2025
Key responsibilities
- Documentation, collection, and maintenance of content from the assigned districts (e.g., photographs, clips, intervention updates, impact stories)
- Manage all communications work in the assigned district (supporting field POs with documentation, case study writing, design, photography, and videography)
- Support in drafting a variety of communications material (e.g., social media content, newsletters, annual reports, website content, behaviour change campaigns, blogs, presentations, case studies, and online campaigns)
- Work closely with the communication POs to enhance the organisation’s social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) – content creation and posting, regular engagement, improved visibility and networks
- Support the communication PO with the organisation’s website, create content, and collaborate on a regular basis with IT professionals for its maintenance and upkeep
- Disseminate communications material through a range of channels (e.g., direct mailers, digital platforms, online forums)
- Research and analysis to support communications (e.g., health/social sector research for articles, ideas for engaging social media content, collaboration avenues, benchmark communication best practices)
- Other related activities that may come up from time to time
- Assisting in creating communication collaterals for various departments, including HR, Finance, Admin, Knowledge Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Government Partnerships.
- Providing guidance and support to team members in executing communication-related tasks across different verticals.

- Knowledge/ experience of design tools, OR social media management and writing will be an advantage

Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate in any field; 2-4 years relevant experience
- Relevant prior experience in communications-related streams will be given preference (e.g., writing, filmmaking, photography, design, storytelling, social media, analytics)
- Strong communication, presentation and people skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong values of humility, integrity and desire to learn
- Management of communication functions of 2 assigned districts
- 6-8 days of field travel per month in assigned districts.
Must Haves:
- Authorisation or permit to work in India
