About the Fellowship role
Location: This is a hybrid position involving desk and remote work preferably based out of New Delhi, with occasional travel to field locations in Madhya Pradesh.
Employment: Full Time Role
Starting Date: July 2025
Key responsibilities
- Identifying, collecting, cleaning, analysing, and visualizing data generated within the organization to provide key insights and propose data-driven solutions that make sense to the recipient and other stakeholders.
- Creating easy-to-understand presentations to capture data and present it to external audiences.
- Creating executive reports and presentations for management as requested
- Judge source reliability and ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of research.
- Build data sets from surveys and other data collection instruments.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and or master’s degree in economics, data science, statistics, information management, or any other quantitative field with 2-3 years of strong quantitative research experience, in academics or consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL, SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint skills with the ability to visualize data creatively using Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Ability to articulate specific information in areas of subject matter expertise with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong attributes in strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, project management, accountability and entrepreneurship, oral and written communication.
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment, good team player.

- Authorisation or permit to work in India
