We are a young, energetic, and passionate team, working across 8 districts, 38 blocks, 5,700 villages, with 20,000 FLWs, and reaching 379,000 women and 650,000 children in central India. Over the next few years, we see ourselves spreading across multiple locations in India to implement our solutions and to create an impact at scale. 

About the Fellowship role

The Program Research Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and help use internal and external data to inform internal planning and strategy formulation, and external advocacy. They will distil complex information into key insights and innovative, data-driven solutions that resonate with both recipients and stakeholders. They will create engaging and accessible presentations for external audiences, as well as executive reports tailored to management's specific requests. They will also work closely with the Knowledge Management, Program and Communications Teams to support their analytical needs. 
 
Location: This is a hybrid position involving desk and remote work preferably based out of New Delhi, with occasional travel to field locations in Madhya Pradesh.  
Employment: Full Time Role 
Starting Date: July 2025 
 

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying, collecting, cleaning, analysing, and visualizing data generated within the organization to provide key insights and propose data-driven solutions that make sense to the recipient and other stakeholders.   
  • Creating easy-to-understand presentations to capture data and present it to external audiences.   
  • Creating executive reports and presentations for management as requested   
  • Judge source reliability and ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of research.   
  • Build data sets from surveys and other data collection instruments.   
  • Complete other duties as assigned.   

Requirements

Experience and education:
  • Bachelor’s and or master’s degree in economics, data science, statistics, information management, or any other quantitative field with 2-3 years of strong quantitative research experience, in academics or consulting.   
  • Proficiency in SQL, SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint skills with the ability to visualize data creatively using Tableau, Power BI etc.   
  • Ability to articulate specific information in areas of subject matter expertise with accuracy and attention to detail.   
  • Strong attributes in strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, project management, accountability and entrepreneurship, oral and written communication.   
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment, good team player.   

Must Haves:
  • Authorisation or permit to work in India
