About the portfolio organization
With support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, Noora Health has trained more than 24 million caregivers and patients across 12,000+ facilities using their flagship caregiver education and training curriculum, the Care Companion Program (CCP). In a cohort of patients, the CCP reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, maternal complications by 12%, newborn complications by 16%, and newborn readmissions by 56%.
About the Fellowship role

Fellowship location: Remote, location flexible with ability to work across the USA and India time zones
Employment: Full-time, one-year Fellowship
Starting Date: July 2025
Key responsibilities
- Support the global finance teams in transitioning to a new financial software (Zoho)
- Assist in assessing and selecting a software that aligns with the needs of all global entities
- Establish a systematic monthly data consolidation process for real-time, high-level country specific financial analysis
- Lead design and execution of Return On Investment (ROI) and cost-effectiveness evaluations
- Assess individual costs of different components to optimize resource allocation
- Analyse and enhance understanding of the government’s share of our costs within our financial model
- Support with other projects and priorities as needed and as time permits, such as the exploration and evaluation of alternative revenue models or other financial assessments
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with financial accounting, analysis, strategy consulting, impact investing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with financial software systems, preferably Zoho or similar platforms
- Proven ability to conduct ROI analysis and cost-effectiveness evaluations
- Experience in data consolidation and financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment
- Comfort working both independently across and in collaboration with globally distributed teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across varied geographies
Must Haves:
- Experience working with international finance teams
- The organisation will not sponsor work/residence permit
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment
- Willingness to be based in or travel to Noora Health’s operational geographies (India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal)
- Fluency in English
- Must be able to work flexible hours across India and USA time zones
