About the Fellowship role
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the senior management to understand technology needs at an organisational level
- Conduct regular field visits and meet the Operations teams to understand the complexities on the ground
- Review the systems already developed and currently in use, and evaluate how the same can be leveraged effectively
- Visualise and design a user requirement document, to be able to share with potential vendors
- Work with IT vendors to identify, negotiate and finalise a suitable software to be deployed
- Work closely with the MLE, Operations and vendor to design, develop and test the solution
- Coordinate with the leadership and operations teams to pilot and do a full-fledged implementation of the system
Requirements
- Min 5-8 years of experience on Technology and MLE platforms, preferably in the development sector, consulting firms, social enterprises
- M.Sc/ B. Tech in IT or related disciplines
- Prior experience in the rural or development sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including senior management, Operations team members and other users, vendors.
- Passion for leadership development in rural governance and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Passionate about creating impact, driven by pursuit of excellence
- Reflective, humble, empathetic and willing to learn, unlearn
- Ability to lead teams, support meaning-making in a complex and ambiguous environment
- Entrepreneurial, quick learner, can adapt to new roles with ease

- Strong technical acumen, with experience in developing and facilitating implementation of tech products
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
- Authorization to work in India
