About the Fellowship role
The/Nudge Institute is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager in Pre-Sales, Fundraising.

Key responsibilities
- develop and maintain a database of relevant and prospective donors across corporates and foundations
- identify synergistic opportunities between the priorities of CSR teams and the work at The/Nudge
- build and update compelling proposals/pitch decks that articulate programs at The/Nudge
- create high-quality collaterals and proposals which invest and inspire various stakeholders
- track partnerships in pipeline and maintain dashboards for internal reviews
- support the donor-facing colleagues on due-diligence process of various corporate partners
- assist in preparation and negotiation of MoUs with new donors and ensure a smooth transition of relationship to the donor engagement team
Requirements
- 6-8 years of work experience in client-facing sales/business development/fundraising, preferably in an early-stage organization
- a graduate degree in any discipline
- the ability to learn fast and multitask well
- a history of exceeding expectations and are target-driven
- a strong desire to make a difference by working in the not-for-profit sector
- a strong research orientation, especially in B2B sales and business development
- excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication (written & oral), presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- good command over MS office suite/design tools like Canvas/Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Indian work permit
About the LGT Impact Fellowship
As part of LGT Venture Philanthropy's and Lightrock's strategic efforts to scale positive impact, the LGT Impact Fellowship was established to provide additional know-how and capacity to portfolio organizations and companies. Each year a limited number of professionals are nominated to work full-time for one year with the organizations and companies supported by LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock in Latin America, Africa and India as per the above job description.
