Educate Girls works with the government, community and village-based volunteers to ensure every girl in the remotest parts of India is enrolled in school and learns well. Educate Girls uses technology to model, analyse and visualize data on dashboards for fast decision making and course correction.

About the Fellowship role

The Project Management Officer (PMO) will work closely with the CEO to analyze project resources and provide key insights and analysis to the CEO for easy & quick decision making. The role of the PMO will encompass the entire purview of the CEO i.e All Projects, Operations, people, finance, technology, etc
 
Location: Mumbai, India
Employment: Full-time, one-year Fellowship
Starting Date: 1 May 2023

 

Key responsibilities

  • Liaison with Functional Heads & teams to gather essential information for the CEO
  • Gather required information, analyze and provide strategic inputs
  • Research & suggest best practices that can make the organization more efficient in terms of cost, quality & time
  • Visualize & present data that is appealing and easy to analyze, understand & serves for quick decision making
  • Build impactful PowerPoint presentations for the CEO’s meeting, board decks, pitches, reports, etc.

Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree
  • 2- 4 years of experience in project management support preferable
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Other Analytical & Google tools preferable
  • Understanding of Finance is preferable
  • Fluent both in English and Hindi
  • Work permit in India

Each year a limited number of professionals are nominated to work full-time for one year with the organizations and companies supported by LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock in Latin America, Africa and India as per the above job description.
